is Hengxing-Technology-Co-Ltd a scam?

I sent them money for a xbox 360 elite and sony ps3 160 gb system. I did western union the supposed sales manager was in constant contact with me but she said she would send my tracking number and she didn't. I went to their page on tradekey and who is supposed to be the CEO/Manager I told him of the incident. He said the lady I was talking to was on a business trip for two days and that my product had been shipped. I told him I would report his company as a fraud if I didn't recieve my tracking number, then he about two minutes later he replied with my tracking number (Which I think is fake). I am going to report fraud because he didn't give me a corporate register number for his company and couldn't reply to any other questions about proving their legit.

If u have any info about these guys let me know!

 I placed an order from David Zhu at Hengxing-Technology-Co. last Thursday, 10/29/09, for a 55" Samsung LED TV.  I received a tracking # the next day for EMS Air Express.  The tracking # originally showed that a package left Shanghai on Friday, it nows comes up with an Error page, so it's not looking good.  If the TV is coming, it will be here Tuesday or Wednesday.  I will post the results.

If you still havent received the products yet, I would recommend that you immediately contact the FraudWatch Department at fraudwatch@tradekey.com so that they can start investigating your case. Also, be sure to provide them the payment receipts/invoice and any & all emails from the sellers or chat conversation logs (if saved). The FraudWatch Department will then act on your complaint to have this issue resolved at the earliest.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! If you can even find them now. I was just scammed by them, they sent me a bogus tracking number, supposed package was delivered to an address in New Jersey,  I'm in Florida. The person I was dealing with was a David Zhu. Had great communication with them until I asked them about tracking package. Haven't heard from them since. Can't even find them any more on this site. The website he gave me is xmas-gift.com.cn nice site but they don't respond either. Probably won't do business with any one on this site again...seems like nothing but scammers. I just sent email to Fraudwatch....not that there is anything they will do.

They have a new name I will report to tradekey though it won't matter. I had saved their old website to bookmarks and its still active but they are under a new name Invariablenes Trading Co.,Ltd

I order a sample playstation 3 they sent to Florida dont know if I will receive the product now. My sale person was David Zhu he never got back with after I found out about the the package was going to the wrong place waiting to see if I will get the package. I dont wanna lose hope.
